About the Job We are looking for new colleagues to join our fast-growing Simon-Kucher Engine team as a Full-Stack Developer (Out Systems + High-Code) to create and develop digital applications that deliver real impact for our clients. This role goes beyond pure low-code development. While Out Systems is our core platform, strong hands-on coding experience is essential. Who we are
NERV builds AI Business Systems for small and medium businesses. We deploy full AI departments, sales, marketing, finance, operations, as a system that plugs into a company and runs day to day. Not a chatbot your team talks to. A system that does the actual work: generates leads, follows up, tracks finances, runs operations, proactively, without being asked.
We are a small Belgian company, early, and growing through client work. We are hiring a developer to own our technical side. Today the founder builds the product, sells it, and delivers it. That does not scale. You take the build off his hands.
You will work on two things. First, our own platform: a live system with a knowledge-graph memory, a Slack interface, a website, and a layer of AI agents and automations. You make it production grade. Second, the AI systems we build inside our clients' businesses on paid projects, where you will sometimes join the calls. This role is for someone who builds with AI every day and ships faster because of it.
What you will do Own and harden our platform: memory, the Slack bot, server operations, the website, the integrations. Build production-safe systems: secret handling, observability, rollback, incident response. Build AI agent systems inside client businesses on paid engagements. Deploy, monitor, and fix things in production on your own.
What we are looking for At least 3 years building software professionally. You build with LLMs. You design agent systems, prompt pipelines, and tool-calling, and you ship them. You use Claude Code (or a similar agentic coding tool) every day. This is a must, not a bonus. Strong Python. Comfortable in Node, Java Script, and Type Script. You can build a web app with React or Next.js. You are at home on a Linux server over SSH: services, logs, deploys, debugging live issues. You work databases and are willing to own a graph database (Neo4j). Graph experience is a plus. Clean git habits. Good spoken and written English. You will be on calls with clients and need to explain technical ideas to non-technical founders. You work unsupervised. Given a goal, you turn it into shipped software.
Nice to have Experience with Claude or the Anthropic API. RAG or knowledge-graph memory systems. Something you built and ran in production that real people relied on. Monitoring and rollback experience.
What you get A competitive salary. Performance-based commissions and bonuses. You run the technical side of a growing AI company. You work with Claude and the latest AI tools every day. Building with AI is the job, not a side thing. Variety. One week you improve our own platform, the next you build an AI system for a client. A direct line to the founder. No layers, no politics. You are an early hire and you grow with the company. Full freedom on where and how you work.
The setup Fully remote. Full-time, European working hours.
How to apply Quick Apply: upload your CV and answer the questions. That is all we need to start.
