<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p><strong>WHAT S ON YOUR PLATE?</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for tracking and enhancing 3pl's performance in his assigned zones and also responsible for making the day to day operations and communication with the 3pls to be smooth and dynamic.</li><li>Responsible for tracking the coordinators and the captains when it comes to 3pl's requests and inquiries response rate and SLA.</li><li>Making sure that Critical Cases ( Jira Tickets ) are closed within SLA.</li><li>Send daily reports to Coordinators including their performance &amp; Efficiency + Sharing insights and directions to help them improve Performance.</li><li>Responsible for tracking the performance of the vendors on a daily basis and report directly the top offenders to the Supervisor.</li><li>Responsible for a zone or more in the district to focus on it's performance and to dig deeper into the obstacles and raise flags with a detailed reporting and analytics on a daily basis.</li><li>Running a weekly live meeting with 3PL managers to assess their performance and recoach them if needed.</li><li>To Run a weekly meeting with store managers to insure dynamic and smooth operations and co-operation between both functions.</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p><strong>WHAT DID WE ORDER?</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in logistics or any other related field.</li><li>3-4 Years of full time experience in logistics.</li><li>Experience with drivers.</li><li>Flexibility.</li><li>Experience managing large groups of people.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure.</li><li>Leadership skills.</li><li>Fluent in both languages Arabic and English.</li><li>Communication skills (Written and Verbal).</li></ul><p></p></section>

Working collaboratively with the Worley Training Manager and the Customer, you will help coordinate training initiatives, support compliance with contractual training requirements, and contribute to building capability within the Customer organization through effective and well-governed training programs.</p> <h4>Duties and responsibilities</h4> <ul> <li>Supports Worley Training Manager in preparing and providing training for the Owner’s personnel, ensuring that such training is developed in compliance with the requirements contained in the contract between Worley and the Customer, and that all applicable standards and local and international requirements are adhered to and training is provided within agreed timelines.</li> <li>Supports Worley Project Manager, Worley Training Manager and the larger project management team, with expert advice regarding training and resolution of training related work scope.</li> <li>Represents Worley at project meetings related to training, both within the Worley team and at meetings between the Customer and the Contractors and Subcontractors.</li> <li>Ensure Worley Project training programs and procedures are developed and implemented in accordance with Worley & Project internal processes and procedures.</li> <li>Advises the Owner on training material provided by the Contractor and Subcontractors, to be used by the Customer, regarding compliance with the principles of a Systematic Approach to Training.</li> <li>Provides reports to the Customer regarding reviews and issues identified in training processes and material.</li> <li>Verifies that any identified Worley training subcontractors are suitably pre-qualified for delivery of training services.</li> <li>Supports the Worley review of training documents provided by the respective Contractors and Subcontractors to the Customer.</li> <li>Supports the Customer in reviewing, commenting and preparing drafts of Customer correspondence pertaining to training issues and documents submitted by the respective Contractors and Subcontractors.</li> <li>Provides support to the Customer for evaluation of the effectiveness of training provided.</li> </ul> <h4>Experience and qualifications</h4> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
