The role covers the full life cycle of rotating machinery, from technical assurance and troubleshooting through to maintenance strategy, equipment modifications, vendor engagement, and long-term reliability improvement.</p><br><p>Candidate will support critical assets such as gas turbine generators, compressors, centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, drivers, gearboxes, sealing systems, lubrication systems, and associated auxiliaries.</p><br><p>Candidate will work closely with operations, maintenance, process, reliability, and project teams to deliver safe, reliable, compliant, and fit-for-purpose solutions that improve plant performance and reduce machinery risk.</p><br>Responsibilities<p>• Provide senior rotating equipment engineering support on sophisticated or high-risk machinery issues affecting safety, reliability, operability, and production.</p><br><p>• Deliver independent technical judgment on rotating equipment performance, condition, suitability, repairs, develop changes, and risk-based decisions.</p><br><p>• Perform and review advanced engineering assessments, calculations, and analyses for pumps, compressors, turbines, drivers, seals, bearings, lubrication systems, and associated auxiliaries.</p><br><p>• Investigate machinery failures, lead or support RCFA activity, and convert failure findings into practical corrective and defect elimination actions.</p><br><p>• Interpret and challenge vibration data, oil analysis, thermography, performance trends, failure history, and other condition supervising outputs to identify emerging reliability threats.</p><br><p>• Develop, improve, and maintain equipment strategies for rotating equipment, including maintenance tasks, inspection scope, condition monitoring requirements, overhaul philosophy, operating care, and sparing strategy.</p><br><p>• Validate that rotating equipment inspection, test, and maintenance activities remain aligned with equipment technical intent, site needs, and applicable engineering standards.</p><br><p>• Support production and operations teams in resolving machinery issues, responding to bad actors, reducing repeat failures, and improving availability of critical rotating assets.</p><br><p>• Work with reliability and production teams to understand top production losses, major vulnerabilities, and chronic performance gaps, and define effective improvement plans.</p><br><p>• Provide discipline input to technical MoCs, engineering queries, and brownfield modifications involving rotating equipment, including design review, equipment selection, datasheets, specifications, and package changes.</p><br><p>• Support hazard identification and risk assessment processes where rotating equipment is a key contributor, including HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, vulnerability studies, and risk action plans.</p><br><p>• Support turnaround and shutdown planning by defining technical scope, repair philosophy, spares requirements, preservation plans, and readiness for critical rotating equipment work.</p><br><p>• Review technical bids, vendor proposals, OEM recommendations, repair methods, and contractor deliverables, and ensure the quality and practicality of external support.</p><br><p>• Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, start-up, and post-startup troubleshooting where rotating equipment is within scope.</p><br><p>• Drive lessons learned, standardization, and continuous improvement of rotating equipment practices, workflows, technical notes, and reliability tools.</p><br><p>• Track and interpret rotating equipment performance indicators and use them to improve reliability, maintenance effectiveness, and engineering priorities.</p><br><p>• Provide technical coaching and informal leadership to less experienced engineers and help strengthen rotating equipment capability across the team.</p><br>Requirements<p>This role is for Egyptian nationals only.</p><br><p>• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.</p><br><p>• Significant experience in rotating equipment engineering within oil and gas processing facilities or comparable live operating environments.</p><br><p>• Strong technical knowledge of pumps, compressors, turbines, motors, gearboxes, mechanical seals, dry gas seals, bearings, lubrication systems, and auxiliary systems.</p><br><p>• Strong understanding of rotating equipment failure modes, machinery diagnostics, and condition monitoring techniques, including vibration, oil analysis, and performance trending.</p><br><p>• Good working knowledge of relevant rotating equipment standards and engineering practices, such as API 610, API 617, API 618, API 682, and associated reliability engineering principles.</p><br><p>• Proven experience in troubleshooting, technical assurance, RCFA, maintenance strategy development, defect elimination, and brownfield modification support.</p><br><p>• Experience supporting technical MoCs, engineering queries, vendor/package reviews, and commissioning or startup activities.</p><br><p>• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence technical outcomes across operations, maintenance, projects, and contractors.</p><br><p>• Ability to turn engineering data into practical decisions that balance risk, performance, operability, cost, and production In this role, you will be the bridge between cutting-edge luxury smart home technology and high-end clients, interior designers, and architects. You will be responsible for showcasing our solutions, crafting technical proposals, and closing sales for high-end residential projects. Key Responsibilities:Demonstrate and present smart home systems interactively in our showroom or at client locations. Understand client requirements and translate them into tailored technical and commercial proposals. Prepare clear feature comparisons between different smart home solutions and offers. Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, business owners, villa owners, and top-tier interior designers/architects. Conduct persistent, professional follow-ups throughout the sales lifecycle to close deals. Qualifications & Requirements:Experience: 1–3 years of experience in KNX Smart Home Systems.(Candidates with a background in Light Current systems, Industrial Automation, or related fields will also be considered). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Communications, or a related field. Communication & Presentation: Excellent English communication skills with a sharp, articulate, and confident speaking style. Professional Image: Highly presentable with a clean, well-groomed appearance suitable for interacting with luxury clients and business executives.
