Lead technical risk assessments, Design/PFMEA reviews, Design for Manufacturing & Assembly (DFMA), Design for Supply Chain (DFSC), validation activities, and product approvals to ensure manufacturing readiness. Plan and execute prototype builds, pilot production, product qualification, design verification, process validation, and industrialization until stable mass production is achieved. Collaborate with Global R&D and regional engineering teams to transfer global products, adapt designs for local manufacturing, and ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and market requirements. Identify opportunities for product portfolio expansion through localization, platform extensions, product customization, and new product development initiatives. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, manufacturability, productivity, reliability, sustainability, and operational efficiency through digitalization and Lean engineering practices.
