Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain accurate standard costing for finished products, semi-finished products, and raw materials. • إعداد احتساب تكلفة الإنتاج اليومية والشهرية لجميع منتجات المجزر.• احتساب تكلفة الطيور الحية والمواد الخام ومواد التعبئة والتغليف والمواد المساعدة.• مراجعة عناصر التكلفة المباشرة وغير المباشرة والتأكد من تحميلها على مراكز التكلفة الصحيحة.• إعداد وتحليل تكلفة كل مرحلة من مراحل التشغيل بالمجزر.• إعداد تقارير تكلفة الإنتاج اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية ورفعها للإدارة المالية والإدارة التنفيذية.• متابعة نسب الفاقد والهالك (Yield & Waste) وتحليل تأثيرها على تكلفة الإنتاج.• متابعة تكلفة المنتجات الثانوية (By-Products) مثل الأحشاء والريش والدم وغيرها، والتأكد من معالجتها محاسبياً.• التنسيق مع إدارات الإنتاج والمخازن والمشتريات لضمان صحة البيانات المستخدمة في احتساب التكلفة• مراجعة حركات المخزون المتعلقة بالإنتاج والتأكد من صحة القيود المحاسبية.• لمشاركة في أعمال الجرد الدوري والسنوي وتحليل فروق الجرد.• المشاركة في إعداد الموازنات التقديرية الخاصة بالتكاليف ومتابعة الانحرافات.• لمشاركة في أعمال الإقفال الشهري والسنوي المتعلقة بحسابات التكاليف.
