<p>As the Reward and Global Mobility Manager you will be accountable for leading and continuously improving the operational delivery of Scatec’s global reward and mobility programme, ensuring core processes are delivered consistently, efficiently and in line with business needs.</p><br>
<p>The role holder owns the end-to-end delivery of key annual reward processes, including the annual salary review, performance management and Short-Term Incentive (STI) bonus cycle, global benchmarking, Long-Term Incentive and employee share-based programmes.</p><br>
<p>The role contributes to ensuring Scatec’s reward and mobility programme is well benchmarked, fit for purpose, transparent and easy to understand, supporting the company’s ability to attract, retain and incentivise employees across functions and geographies.</p><br>

<p>As the Global Reward Operations Lead you will be responsible for owning, orchestrating and running key annual global reward processes across Scatec, as well as supporting the management and evolution of the global reward programme for a market leader in renewable energy, ensuring the programme remains competitive and aligned with the organisation’s strategy and business objectives.</p><br>

<p><strong>Experience and qualifications</strong></p><br>

<li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant professional certification in compensation, benefits, global mobility or HR is advantageous</li>
<li>8+ years experience in reward, compensation, benefits or HR operations, with experience managing annual reward cycles, benchmarking processes and/or incentive programmes in a complex international environment</li>
<li>Strong understanding of compensation practices, market benchmarking, job evaluation, variable pay, share-based programmes and relevant legal, regulatory and governance requirements</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS and compensation analysis tools, with confidence using technology, automation and AI-enabled tools to improve process efficiency, accuracy and reporting</li>
