Senior Video Editor ( Events) — Full-Time<br>Location: Sheraton, Cairo Work Type: Full-Time, On-Site<br>Why Not is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Video Editor to join our growing post-production team.<br>The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills, a sharp visual eye, and professional experience editing fast-paced event content, digital advertisements, branded videos, interviews, and social-first content.<br>Responsibilities<br>* Edit event coverage videos, recaps, branded content, interviews, digital ads, and promotional videos.* Transform raw footage into engaging, polished stories that match each client’s objectives and visual direction.* Handle projects from footage organization and initial assembly through final delivery.* Work closely with the production, account management, and creative teams.* Apply professional pacing, transitions, sound design, music selection, and visual effects.* Perform basic color correction and audio enhancement.* Manage multiple projects and deliver within agreed deadlines.* Review junior editors’ work and provide constructive feedback when required.* Maintain organized project files and follow the company’s post-production workflow.* Adapt edits according to client feedback while maintaining quality and consistency.<br>Requirements<br>* Proven professional experience as a Senior Video Editor or in a similar role.* A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in event editing, branded content, digital ads, and storytelling.* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.* Good working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.* Strong understanding of pacing, music, sound design, color correction, and visual storytelling.* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage several projects simultaneously.* Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.* Ability to understand creative briefs and translate them into effective video content.* Experience working within a production house, creative agency, or media company is preferred.* Knowledge of AI-powered editing and creative tools is a strong advantage.<br>What We’re Looking For<br>We are looking for someone who is creative, reliable, collaborative, and genuinely passionate about filmmaking and post-production.
