Role Description The Fresh Inventory Real Estate Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role involves identifying, listing, and managing new property inventory, ensuring that available units are accurately documented and marketed. Day-to-day tasks include meeting property owners, conducting site visits, gathering property details, and updating listings on company platforms. The agent will support clients by providing property information, answering inquiries, coordinating viewings, and assisting with basic sales processes. Collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to maintain up-to-date inventory and improve client experience is also part of this role. Qualifications Valid Real Estate License and foundational knowledge of Real Property regulations and practices. Experience or strong interest in Real Estate, including familiarity with local property markets in Cairo. Sales skills, including negotiation, lead follow-up, and basic closing techniques. Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport, respond to inquiries, and support clients professionally. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work on-site and conduct property visits. Attention to detail for accurate property documentation and listing management. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple properties and client requests.
