<p>To follow up chiller operation, hot water boilers operation, MVSG, desalination plants, STP plants and to report any abnormalities to the engineering managers.<br>
To execute the required preventive maintenance of all equipment.</p>
<h4>What you will do</h4>

<li>Inspect air-conditioning units to ensure efficient operation.</li>
<li>Perform regularly scheduled maintenance on heating and cooling units.</li>
<li>Diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions; install, replace or repair damaged equipment; calibrate thermostatic controls.</li>
<li>Inspect and observe pressure of liquids and vapor with instrumentation to ensure efficient operation of units and make necessary adjustments; inspect and service refrigeration equipment including refrigerators and ice machines.</li>
<li>Maintain the chilled and hot water supply systems.</li>
<li>Maintain records and write reports.</li>
<li>The ability to assist in providing preventive maintenance of all electrical, mechanical, plumbing equipment and updating of appropriate logs.</li>
<li>The ability to clean all stations in engineering and maintain a neat and organized department.</li>
<li>The ability to assist shift engineers on major shut downs for repairs.</li>
<li>The ability to maintain logs for all work performed while on duty within department and those in other departments as they apply to engineering repairs.</li>
<li>The ability to take meter readings, record temperatures, record into PM charts/logs, and pressures in heating and cooling plant.</li>
<li>The ability to maintain a good working relationship with other employees, providing instruction and encouragement as needed.</li>
