<p>Have knowledge of all Kids Club facilities, activities, schedules, and services provided by the hotel.</p>
<p>Perform duties according to the operational standards, policies, and procedures established by the Recreation Manager.</p>
<p>Welcome children and parents in a friendly, professional, and respectful manner at all times.</p>
<p>Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all children participating in Kids Club activities.</p>
<p>Organize, supervise, and lead age-appropriate indoor and outdoor recreational, educational, creative, and entertainment activities.</p>
<p>Encourage children's participation while creating a fun, positive, and inclusive environment.</p>
<p>Follow the daily activity schedule and prepare all materials, games, and equipment before each activity.</p>
<p>Maintain constant supervision of children during activities and ensure attendance records are accurately maintained.</p>
<p>Respond professionally to parents' inquiries, requests, and complaints, resolve issues whenever possible, and inform the Recreation Manager when necessary.</p>
<p>Report any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or unusual incidents immediately and complete the required incident reports.</p>
<p>Ensure all Kids Club equipment, toys, games, and learning materials are clean, safe, and in good working condition.</p>
<p>Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the Kids Club before, during, and after activities.</p>
<p>Inspect all Kids Club facilities and equipment daily, report damaged or unsafe items, and coordinate repairs with the Engineering Department.</p>
<p>Ensure all activities comply with hotel policies, child safeguarding procedures, and health and safety standards.</p>
<p>Organize and participate in children's parties, themed events, holiday celebrations, and family entertainment programs.</p>
<p>Promote Kids Club activities to hotel guests and encourage children's participation.</p>
<p>Ensure children are registered upon arrival and released only to authorized parents or guardians according to hotel procedures.</p>
<p>Maintain confidentiality of children's and families' personal information.</p>
<p>Wear the designated hotel uniform and name badge while on duty.</p>
<p>Work according to the weekly duty roster and operational requirements determined by the Recreation Manager.</p>
<p>Attend all departmental meetings, training sessions, and emergency, first aid, and child protection training programs.</p>
<p>Support the hotel's environmental sustainability initiatives by reducing waste and using resources responsibly.</p>
<p>Comply with all hotel quality management systems, policies, and standard operating procedures.</p>
<p>Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent communication with guests and colleagues.</p>
<p>Carry out any additional duties assigned by the Recreation Manager or Hotel Management that are consistent with the responsibilities of the position.</p>
<h4>Qualifications</h4>
<p><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.</p>
<p><strong>Experience:</strong> At least 1 year of experience in a Kids Club, childcare, entertainment, or hospitality environment.</p>
<p><strong>Foreign language:</strong> Good command of English and/or Russian to communicate effectively with children and guests. Additional languages are an advantage.</p>
<p><strong>Courses and training:</strong> Certification or training in Childcare, First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, or Kids Entertainment is preferred.</p>
<p><strong>Computer literacy:</strong> Basic computer skills are preferred.</p>
