With your help, Amazon will continue to enable people to discover new worlds and implement innovation.<br>Key job responsibilities<br>We're seeking a Team lead for Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) for On The Road (OTR) in Alexandria. In this role, you will be responsible for:<br>Managing, on a daily basis, end to end UTR operations for either one large site or a combination of small sites, supervising store operations:<br>Meeting customer facing metrics, while maintaining operational / quality targets and upholding safety and morale of the team reporting to you.<br>Driving performance management of your team members. Preparing and implementing training and development plans for the pickers.<br>Working closely with merchant stakeholders to continuously improve the operations process and attain a sustained level of performance improvement.<br>Conducting 4M / 5S and Safety GEMBA audits for the stores on a daily basis.<br>The job requires to work on flexible shifts including night/ weekends and different areas <br>- A Bachelor’s degree holder with experience in a customer facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Proficiency in MS Excel. Ability travel to different stores within Egypt<br>- A self-motivated person with the ability to motivate the associates/team members. Strong execution skills, action oriented, go getter. Resourceful to identify the way to get things done using limited resources. Ability to work under pressure situations. Ability to work in ambiguous situations and to come out with solutions as per the situations faced. Good people management skills. Good analytical and problem solving skills. 1-3 yrs of experience in managing a process and people as a lead. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies would be highly advantageous.
