Reports to: Director, Academic Advising Center<br>Purpose: Provides direct academic advising and support to undergraduate students, particularly those who are undeclared, ensuring that they understand The American University in Cairo’s (AUC) academic policies, program requirements, and procedures. The position ensures students register for courses accurately and make informed decisions about their academic paths. The role also includes maintaining accurate advising records, generating reports, and supporting the smooth operation of advising services during registration, orientation, and other key academic periods.<br>Responsibilities:Academic Advising and Student Guidance: Advise and guide undeclared students on academic requirements, major selection, and course registration in compliance with AUC policies. Monitor office logistics during busy academic periods to ensure efficient service delivery. Serve as the first point of contact for student inquiries and provide accurate information and guidance.
