Responsibilities and job duties: Direct coordination with the Production Manager to operate and manage the two production lines efficiently. Prepare the general weekly production plan at the start of each week. Develop detailed and weekly production plans for the two production lines. Calculate the quantities (Batches) and raw materials required for the production process accurately. Review laboratory-issued operations and direct them to the production lines. Daily follow-up and review of material issuing and receiving orders to and from warehouses. Review and inspect the consumption of raw materials used in production on a daily basis. Review receiving orders of finished products and hand them to the laboratory for testing. Coordinate and follow up with operations in case of re-inspection requests. Direct supervision of production lines, directing labor, and ensuring the quality of final products. Follow up, organize, and coordinate packaging activities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical/Production/Chemical or related field). Prior practical experience of at least one year. Required Qualifications

Must be proficient in one or more ELV systems, such as: Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Data Networks, Fiber Optic, Public Address (PA), Intercom, Gate Barrier, Smart Home Systems, and Building Management System (BMS).
Ability to read Shop Drawings and technical drawings.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is preferred.
Good skills in report writing, communication, and teamwork.
Willingness to work on project sites and travel within the Republic as needed.
Working Hours
Saturday to Thursday.
From 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

ABOUT THE ROLE We are hiring a Pavement Visual Inspection Engineer to join our Pavement Assessment team. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role at the centre of our data quality chain. You will spend most of your time in imagery — labelling pavement distresses, correcting the output of our AI detection models, and performing structured visual inspection on assigned road networks. Your work directly shapes two things at once: the condition data we deliver to clients, and the training datasets that make our models better on the next project. This role suits someone who takes genuine satisfaction in getting the call right, holds a standard consistently over thousands of segments, and would rather flag a hard case than guess at it.
