Role Description The Junior Business Development Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. This role supports the growth of City Floor Decoration by identifying new business opportunities, assisting in client acquisition, and maintaining existing customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include preparing technical and commercial proposals, conducting site visits, coordinating with the sales and technical teams, and supporting product presentations and demonstrations. The Junior Business Development Engineer also assists in market research, competitor analysis, and the implementation of business development strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate project specifications and customer satisfaction is a key part of the role. Qualifications Solid foundation in engineering or a related technical field, with the ability to understand flooring systems, product specifications, and basic design requirements. Strong business development and sales orientation, including skills in lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation. Ability to conduct market research and basic data analysis to support strategic planning and identify growth opportunities. Effective communication and presentation skills, with the capability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
