Joining the organization offers the opportunity to contribute to large-scale projects that have a direct impact on communities and national strategic initiatives.<br>Role Description The Electrical Engineer will work on-site in Cairo in a full-time capacity, supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical systems for a range of infrastructure and facility projects. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing electrical designs and drawings, performing calculations, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations. The role involves coordinating with civil, mechanical, and other engineering teams, as well as contractors, to ensure effective integration of electrical systems into overall project plans. The Electrical Engineer will conduct site inspections, troubleshoot electrical issues, support commissioning activities, and contribute to technical documentation and reporting. The role may also include participation in project planning, cost estimation, and optimization of power distribution and energy efficiency.<br>Qualifications<br> <br>Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering and Electricity, with the ability to apply core principles to complex projects. Proficiency in Electrical Design, including preparation of schematics, layouts, and technical documentation. Experience with Power Distribution systems, including low, medium, and high voltage networks. Knowledge of Power Systems analysis, protection, and reliability considerations. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field. Familiarity with relevant electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations. Ability to use engineering design and analysis software (e.g., Auto CAD, electrical design tools, simulation software). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams. Previous experience in infrastructure, construction, or governmental projects is an advantage.
