**We're Hiring | Quantity Surveying & Drafting Engineer ( Technical office engineer )**<br><br>One of the **leading Saudi companies** specializing in the **Granite & Marble** industry is looking to hire an experienced:<br><br>**Quantity Surveying & Drafting Engineer**<br><br>**Key Responsibilities:**<br>Prepare detailed material take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and cost estimates based on engineering and architectural drawings.<br> Create, update, and modify accurate 2D/3D construction drawings, structural layouts, and as-built drawings using **Auto CAD** or **Revit**.<br>Assist in preparing tender documents, evaluating contractor bids, and supporting contract administration.<br>Monitor project costs, evaluate variation orders, and prepare interim payment valuations for subcontractors.<br><br>**Requirements:**<br>Bachelor’s Degree in *Architecture Engineering* .<br> 8–12 years of experience in the **Granite & Marble** industry.<br>Strong background in Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, and Technical Drafting.<br> Proficiency in **Auto CAD**, **Revit**, and Microsoft Office.<br> Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.<br><br>**Job Details:**<br> **Location:** Back Office – Cairo, Egypt.<br> Working Hours: 9 hours/day.<br> Working Schedule: 5–6 days/week.
