Identify new business opportunities, target accounts, projects, and market segments. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline covering both current and future projects. Research market trends, competitors, upcoming developments, and potential business opportunities. Establish Befit as a preferred solutions provider within the sports, fitness, construction, and real estate sectors. Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders.<br>B2B Sales & Project Development:Manage the complete B2B sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through to negotiation and project closing. Identify and pursue project opportunities involving sports flooring, fitness equipment, outdoor sports infrastructure, and related solutions. Engage with contractors, developers, real estate companies, gyms, fitness operators, sports clubs, hotels, schools, universities, architects, consultants, and other relevant organizations. Conduct client meetings, presentations, product discussions, site visits, and commercial negotiations. Understand client requirements and work with internal technical and commercial teams to develop appropriate solutions and proposals. Prepare and follow up on quotations, commercial proposals, tenders, and project submissions. Negotiate commercial terms and close deals while achieving agreed revenue and margin targets. Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and ensure opportunities progress through the sales pipeline.<br>Project & Stakeholder Management:Develop relationships with key stakeholders involved in construction and development projects, including developers, consultants, architects, contractors, project managers, and procurement teams. Identify projects at an early stage and ensure Befit is positioned during the specification and tendering process. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from sales opportunity to project execution. Monitor project progress, commercial status, and customer requirements throughout the sales cycle. Support resolution of commercial or customer-related issues when required.<br>Account Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with key existing and prospective customers. Identify opportunities for repeat business, cross-selling, and expansion within existing accounts. Maintain regular engagement with strategic clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Build a network of decision-makers and influencers across the construction, real estate, sports, fitness, hospitality, and education sectors.<br>Sales Reporting & Performance:Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline and opportunity records. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline value, forecasts, and business development initiatives. Track sales performance against agreed targets and KPIs. Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to the management team.
