A minimum of 5 years' experience working in an HR Manager role with broad generalist responsibility. Strong practical experience across recruitment, employee relations, performance management and the full employee lifecycle. Good knowledge of UK and Egyptian employment law and HR best practice. Confidence advising managers and handling sensitive or complex employee matters.
