Field Visits & Business Development The position involves a significant amount of fieldwork and direct sales activities. The Senior Sales Executive is expected to: Conduct daily or scheduled customer visits according to the sales plan. Meet decision-makers, procurement managers, engineers, contractors, companies, and other relevant stakeholders. Visit prospective customers to introduce Pro-Fluid’s products and services. Conduct project-site visits when required. Generate new leads through direct visits, networking, relationships, exhibitions, and various business development activities. Convert qualified leads into genuine sales opportunities and ultimately into customers. Prepare and maintain an organized schedule for customer visits and follow-ups. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field. 3–5 years of practical experience in sales, preferably in B2B sales, industrial supplies, technical products, or related industries. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong experience in business development and new customer acquisition. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong presentation and customer-handling skills. Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions. Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently manage field activities and customer visits. Good command of English is an advantage.
