<h4>About the role</h4>
<p>The Director of Public Relations and Marketing is a strategic leader within the property team, responsible for shaping and executing integrated communications and marketing strategies that elevate the property’s positioning, strengthen brand equity, and drive measurable commercial impact. Reporting to the Commercial Director, this role leads media relations, reputation management and crisis communications, marketing communications, social and influencer engagement, and digital performance marketing, including paid media and SEO.</p>
<h4>What you will do</h4>
<li>Lead, coach, and develop PR and Marketing team members; foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high-quality execution.</li>
<li>Build cross-functional partnerships with Operations, Sales, Revenue Management, and Finance to align messaging, experience delivery, and commercial priorities.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Regional and Corporate Commercial teams to integrate property initiatives into broader brand priorities and campaigns.</li>
<li>Act as a key strategic partner on property, ensuring communications efforts advance both brand equity and measurable commercial outcomes.</li>
<li>Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, fostering alignment and trust across property leadership, regional teams, global partners, and external agencies.</li>
<li>Serve as the property’s positioning champion, ensuring awareness, understanding, and engagement with the property’s positioning across all employees.</li>
<li>Develop and lead the annual PR and Marketing strategy and supporting channel plans aligned with commercial goals and property priorities.</li>
<li>Lead the creation and execution of the integrated marketing and communications calendar, including campaign plans, global brand initiatives, and on-property activations and F&B promotions.</li>
<li>Identify and analyze seasonal trends, key moments, priority feeder markets, and target audiences to inform annual marketing and campaign planning.</li>
<li>Apply market intelligence, consumer trends, guest insights, and competitive analysis to guide positioning and data-driven decision-making. Adjust strategies as market conditions evolve.</li>
<li>Together with the Commercial Director, oversee the planning, allocation, and tracking of media, digital, promotion and related investment within the property’s P&L, ensuring budgets across paid, owned and earned channels, including content, are optimized to maximize campaign impact, strengthen ROI, and drive growth.</li>

Role Description The Medical Director at Elsallab New Heliopolis Hospital is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Cairo, responsible for overseeing clinical operations and ensuring high standards of patient care. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising medical staff, setting clinical protocols and guidelines, and monitoring adherence to evidence-based practices. The Medical Director collaborates with department heads, physicians, and nursing leaders to optimize patient flow, quality metrics, and resource utilization. The role involves reviewing clinical performance data, leading quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. Additional tasks include participating in strategic planning, supporting staff education and training, and serving as a primary medical liaison to hospital administration and external partners. Qualifications<br>Strong foundation in Medicine with broad clinical experience and the ability to oversee multiple specialties. Clinical expertise or significant exposure in Cardiology to guide protocols related to cardiovascular care. Clinical expertise or significant exposure in Neurology to support management of neurological conditions and services. Demonstrated experience working with physicians, including leading multidisciplinary teams and fostering collaborative practice. Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with completion of relevant residency; board certification preferred. Proven leadership experience in a hospital or clinical setting, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage clinical and non-clinical stakeholders and manage change. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and patient safety practices; experience with accreditation processes is an advantage. Commitment to ethical practice, continuous improvement, and mentoring healthcare professionals.
