خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال الصيانة الميكانيكية، ويفضل في شركات الصناعات الغذائيةمعرفة قوية بصيانة صناديق التروس (Gearboxes)، والمحركات، والأنظمة الهوائية (Pneumatics)، والأنظمة الهيدروليكية (Hydraulics)، وأعمال المحاذاة (Alignment)، وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية للأعطال (Root Cause Analysis).المسئوليات :قيادة أعمال تشخيص الأعطال الميكانيكية وإصلاحها لمعدات الإنتاج والتعبئة، بما في ذلك الأفران، وصناديق التروس (Gearboxes)، والمحركات، والسيور الناقلة، والأنظمة الهوائية (Pneumatic Systems)، وأنظمة التكييف والتهوية (HVAC).إعداد وتنفيذ خطط وبرامج الصيانة الوقائية (Preventive Maintenance) وفقًا للجداول الزمنية المعتمدة.تحليل بيانات الأعطال وأوقات التوقف (Downtime) وتحديد الأسباب الجذرية، واقتراح وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والتحسينية.التنسيق مع فريق الإنتاج لتقليل فترات توقف المعدات أثناء أعمال الصيانة.إدارة مواصفات قطع الغيار، والمشاركة في اختيار الموردين، ومتابعة المخزون لضمان توافرها.دعم أعمال تركيب المعدات الجديدة، وضبط المحاذاة (Alignment)، والمشاركة في أعمال التشغيل الأولي (Commissioning).ضمان الالتزام بمعايير وإجراءات السلامة والصحة المهنية أثناء تنفيذ جميع أعمال الصيانة.الإشراف على فنيين الصيانة وتقديم الدعم الفني والتوجيه اللازم لهم أثناء العمل.<p><strong>تفاصيل إضافية</strong></p><ul><li>عدد الشواغر: 1</li><li>نظام الورديات: صباحية فقط</li><li>المزايا: تأمين صحي، تأمين اجتماعي، بدل انتقال، وجبات، ساعات إضافية</li></ul>
