Business Development and Sales: Opening new markets, supporting the sales team, and following up on collections and contracts. Agricultural Management: Supervising production cycles, monitoring irrigation, fertilization, and pest control programs to ensure crop quality. Poultry Production Management: Full supervision of all sites (poultry farms) to ensure smooth operations in line with plans, and strict biosafety protocols to protect flocks from diseases, ensuring products meet global health standards. Financial Management: Monitoring financial performance and managing the group’s overall budget, as well as analyzing financial reports to increase returns and reduce costs. Team Leadership: Directing the staff to ensure smooth workflow and organization. Risk Management: Identifying and assessing investment and operational risks, and developing proactive plans to address and overcome them. Required Skills and Qualifications: Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting Professional Experience: Extensive proven leadership experience in managing groups of companies or executive departments, not less than 15 years.
