The role is expected to actively support the BIM authoring for utilities with a focus on wet utilities discipline as well help with setup, training and development of automation around Autodesk Civil 3D and Revit with the project BIM Leads. This is an Autodesk Civil 3D expert level focused role with a professional level Autodesk Revit experience as well<br><br>Responsibilities<br><br>Support the BIM Coordinator and Project Delivery Team(s) in day-to-day BIM implementation activities. Develop 3D/2D dimensional models required for drawing preparation, clash reporting and presentation aligned with the project LOD requirements and modelling standards. Extract 3D models for clash analysis, schedule review and QS. Ensure coordination of all Model interfaces with designers and engineers of other disciplines. Ensure all Models, drawings and deliverables are checked to comply with project and company quality standards and BIM requirements. Prepare the engineering drawings from the model that comprises of general arrangements, part plans and overall layouts, profiles, sections, alignments, CSD, rainbow diagrams, schedules, etc Must be an expert in both pressure and gravity network and Ensure Project Information Models (PIM’s) are delivered in accordance with the agreed TIDP, MIDP and CDE protocol. Minimum 5+ years Civil 3D experience within depth working knowledge of current Autodesk Civil 3D and Revit versions; Proficient in CAD design 2D/3DAble to demonstrate (skill assessment) ability to set up new project files for the team; Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and multitasking ability;Able to maintain standards and libraries for civil 3D project templates, catalogues, parts and work with sub-assembly composer In depth understanding of Autodesk Civil 3D i.e. networks modeling, alignment, profiles, surfaces, sub-assemblies’ composer, data-short cuts, dynamo civil connection etc. (this is a must requirement) Strong computer skills; Experience of producing working drawings in Revit. Key Responsibilities:Review design packages and prepare technical review reports. Prepare and submit RFIs as required. Prepare HVAC shop drawings and perform the required engineering calculations. Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to resolve technical issues. Propose and discuss technical solutions to optimize project execution. Manage technical submittals and secure consultant approvals. Prepare quantity take-offs and quantity survey reports. Prepare and update as-built drawings.<br>Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.3–6 years of experience in an HVAC Technical Office role. Proficiency in Revit is a must. Strong knowledge of Auto CAD, HVAC systems, and technical documentation. Excellent communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
