Role Description The Reel Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharm El Sheikh. In this role, the creator will plan, script, shoot, and edit short-form video content (reels) for social media platforms, aligning with brand guidelines and campaign goals. Day-to-day tasks include brainstorming concepts, capturing video footage, selecting music and sound effects, editing clips, and optimizing content for various platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok, and Facebook. The role involves closely collaborating with marketing and design teams, tracking performance metrics, and iterating on content based on audience engagement. The Reel Content Creator is expected to stay up to date with social media trends, experiment with new formats and features, and maintain an organized workflow for content planning and delivery. Qualifications Strong skills in video shooting and editing, including proficiency with editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Cap Cut, or similar tools). Demonstrated ability to create engaging short-form content for platforms like Instagram Reels, Tik Tok, and Facebook, with an understanding of platform-specific best practices. Experience in visual storytelling, including framing, pacing, transitions, and sound selection to enhance viewer engagement. Basic knowledge of social media marketing principles, including audience targeting, content scheduling, and performance measurement. Ability to generate creative concepts, adapt to trends quickly, and work within brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams or production environments. Previous experience in content creation, media production, or a related field; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant work is highly beneficial. Comfort working on-site in Sharm El Sheikh and participating in location-based shoots as needed. A relevant educational background in media, filmmaking, communications, or a related discipline is a plus but not required if experience is demonstrated.

Provide our customers with essential transfer &amp; holiday information using our internal systems on a tablet device, create and distribute welcome packs &amp; deliver information verbally onboard the transfer coaches.<br><br><ul><li>Work as One Team<br><br><br></li></ul>Work closely with our transfers providers, support the operation inside the terminal and outside in the coach park to ensure a VIP customer experience.<br><br><strong>What do I need?<br><br></strong><ul><li>Right to Work Documents<br><br><br></li></ul>As we employ on local contracts, you will already hold full right to work documents for <strong>Egypt</strong>.<br><br><em>(Egyptian National ID card or Egyptian Passport)<br><br></em><ul><li>Travel &amp; Accommodation<br><br><br></li></ul>You will already be <strong>living in Sharm El Sheikh</strong> with your <strong>own accommodation</strong>. You’ll need to be able to get to the airport at any time – day or night.<br><br><ul><li>Flexibility<br><br><br></li></ul>We aim to provide your roster 4 weeks in advance. Your roster will include early starts, late finishes, split shifts &amp; weekend working. As an Airport Representative, please be aware that the role involves extended periods of standing and working outdoors, particularly during the summer months. Flexibility is essential, as you may also be required to support during flight disruptions, serious emergencies, and customer escalations.<br><br><ul><li>Skills &amp; Experience<br><br><br></li></ul>Customer service experience is a plus, but not essential. You must be solution orientated, friendly &amp; positive, confident and comfortable to use <strong>digital systems</strong> (on a tablet device).
