<h4>About this role</h4>
<p>We are seeking an experienced Backend Technical Lead to guide software development initiatives from early planning through to successful production delivery. This role focuses on designing scalable backend solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements, and supporting engineering teams through technical leadership and coaching, while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.</p>
<h4>What you’ll do</h4>

<li>Strong experience in backend software development with expertise in Java and Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, etc.)</li>
<li>Solid understanding of microservices architecture, SOA, and design patterns</li>
<li>Proficient in REST APIs, SOAP services, and integration approaches</li>
<li>Familiarity with databases including relational, NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB), and caching tools such as Redis</li>
<li>Hands-on knowledge of modern development tools including Git, Maven, Gradle, Docker, and Kubernetes</li>
<li>Experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS</li>
<li>Strong understanding of testing practices including unit testing, integration testing, and BDD</li>

<p>We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the availability, reliability, and scalability of platforms and applications by combining software engineering with operational excellence. This role focuses on monitoring, automation, and proactive reliability engineering while working closely with development teams to design resilient systems and reduce manual operational effort.</p>
