Job Purpose :A hands-on Senior Engineer responsible for the end-to-end execution and technical ownership of Technical Infrastructure, ELV, and IP Security projects — from Site Survey through Testing, Commissioning, and Final Handover.<br>Key Responsibilities :Conduct site surveys and technical assessments. Role Description The VRF Service Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Rawash - Giza. The VRF Service Engineer will be responsible for commissioning, diagnosing, and repairing VRF air conditioning systems at customer sites, ensuring reliable operation and optimal performance. Daily tasks include conducting system inspections, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, providing technical support and guidance to customers and dealers, and preparing service reports and documentation. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, coordinating field visits, and adhering to safety standards and company procedures. The VRF Service Engineer will also support continuous improvement initiatives by reporting recurring issues and recommending technical solutions. Qualifications Strong Troubleshooting skills for VRF systems, including fault diagnosis and problem resolution. Proficiency in Field Service activities, such as on-site commissioning, testing, and customer visits. Effective Communication skills to interact with customers, contractors, and internal teams. Experience in Technical Support for HVAC equipment, including remote and on-site assistance. Hands-on Maintenance & Repair skills for air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Relevant technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. Knowledge of VRF technology, HVAC controls, and refrigeration principles. Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and service manuals. Familiarity with safety standards, quality procedures, and service reporting tools.
