<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p><strong>About the role</strong></p> <p>Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria is seeking a <strong>Guest Experience Agent</strong> to join our dynamic team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. with high level of professionalism and passion.</p> <p><strong>What you will do</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>1. The ability to display, at all times, a friendly, courteous and professional manner in all dealings with guests, patrons and other employees.</p> </li> <li> <p>2. The ability to welcome and register hotel guests with an emphasis on fulfilling requests, following special handling instructions and adhering to established credit policies and procedures.</p> </li> <li> <p>3. The ability to interact with the guest and manage the guest preferences to enhance the Guest Experience in general.</p> </li> <li> <p>4. The ability to communicate with other department any concerns for guest, and ensure a seamless stay all over the hotel and Beach suites.</p> </li> <li> <p>5. The ability to quote and be familiar with room and rate availability for current and future dates.</p> </li> <li> <p>6. The ability to perform all duties of the Reception, concierge, PBX and retail shop sales agents when needed.</p> </li> <li> <p>7. The ability to accept reservations, changes and cancellations in the absence of reservations staff.</p> </li> <li> <p>8. The ability to assist in escorting VIPs and return guests to their rooms as requested.</p> </li> <li> <p>9.
