<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>Responsibilities</p><p>Production Lead on the execution of the daily production plan &amp; monitor the true efficiency &amp; net efficiency</p><p>Monitor the water usage, Energy &amp; waste of the PL and ensure meeting set KPIs for both</p><p>Communicate machine downtime on spot</p><p>Fill in the daily M&amp;W production report</p><p>Request &amp; receive the production raw &amp; pack material on SAP and deliver finished good to the warehouse</p><p>Follow up the production line cleanliness before/after &amp; during production shift</p><p>Autonomous Maintenance</p><p>Execute production line autonomous maintenance (Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication, Tightening)</p><p>Own work order process from Autonomous maintenance on SAP PM</p><p>own the production line lubrication map &amp; follow up on the inspection/ Tightening list per machine</p><p>Preventive Maintenance</p><p>Supervise the line Preventive Maintenance Tech with setting &amp; executing the monthly PM plan/line</p><p>Execute actions for corrective &amp; preventive maintenance tasks via PM techs &amp; OM</p><p>Ensure the production line preventive maintenance compliance via own PM techs</p><p>Trouble shooting</p><p>Lead on the production line minor mechanical stoppages trouble shooting (0-30Min)</p><p>Escalate major mechanical stoppages to concerned mechanical engineer (30Min+)</p><p>Partner with mechanical engineer in root cause analysis</p><p>Escalate both minor &amp; major electric breakdowns to electric engineer</p><p>Ensure production line restart in stable condition after failure</p><p>Planned maintenance/overhaul supervise maintenance action plan as per timelines &amp; accountabilities</p><p>report daily progress to maintenance team</p><p>Ensure Implementation of CQV to enable line restart in a stable condition</p><p>Spare parts</p><p>Alert mechanical engineer with consumable spare parts minimum stock</p><p>With own team: Develop and train own operate maintain technicians to continuously meet set KPIs</p><p>Monitor the outsourced labor on line to ensure performing assigned tasks as needed</p><p>Others</p><p>Act as a circle leader as part of the TPM (AM agenda in plant)</p><p>Meet the set KPIs for all plant s audit (AIB/ GESMS)</p><p>Follow and apply all quality, food safety, EHS guidelines and policies</p><p>Measures (TBC)</p><p>Line True efficiency &amp; Net Efficiency</p><p>Preventive maintenance compliance / production line</p><p>TPM score for own circle (production line)</p><p>Mean Time Between failure for the production line (MTBF)</p><p>Own circle AIB score for maintenance (200)</p><p>GEHMS score for own line.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Qualifications</p><p>Engineering graduate</p><p>From 0-1 year of experience</p><p>English language &amp; computer fluency</p><p>Trouble shooting skills</p><p>Basic leadership skills</p><p>Ability to work with diverse cultures'</p><p></p></section>
