<p>The Retail Sales Representative is crucial in forming strong connections with customers to assist them in selecting products from the company's range. <li>Conduct a daily detailed inspection of the assigned area to review the availability and positioning of price labels, product information tags, and other communication media.</li>

<li>Engage in daily dialogues with guests to gather continuous feedback on their experiences, learning about their needs and wants, and act accordingly.</li>

<li>Determine customers' requirements and prepare a pro forma invoice accordingly.</li>
<li>Maintain contact with and advise customers on news or recently received items of interest, following up on quotations sent to convert them into sales.</li>
<li>Empower and encourage the team to take immediate action to meet customer needs and provide input on service improvements.</li>
<li>Promote product sales by identifying and seizing opportunities, offering alternative solutions, and suggesting add-on sales to meet sales targets.</li>

Functional:Screens proposed customers against Target Market Plan and Risk Acceptance Criteria, to initially identify ADIB EGYPT credit risk appetite for obligors and setting the facility structure, subject to Business and Risk Management approvals and the Wholesale Bank Policy. Furnishes and updates the Business Analyst with client information, financial statements, and relevant data, for the different types of CA reviews (Annual, Initial, Interim etc.). Reviews and approves extensions of credit (for Credit Officers) and ensure that the data within these extensions of credit are accurate and that they are designed with the appropriate requested facility package and all credit risks are properly addressed. Ensures that the extensions of credit are consistent with the relationship profile and endorsing the risk/reward balance. Ensures appropriate obligor / facility risk ratings in line with the risk ratings Policy of the bank. Conducts regular accounts follow up assisted by periodical reports to avoid the manifestation of past dues, excess and the breach of terms and conditions of the approved facilities. Prepares Green Light memos, Term Exposure, Summary sheeted, in case of term exposures. Request amendments / changes in the terms and conditions as the credit might warrant.
