Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience as an Airline Ticketing Agent, with at least 3 years working in a travel agency or GSA environment. GDS Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Amadeus is mandatory (Sabre or Galileo may be considered, but Amadeus is highly preferred).
