The role focuses on applying extensive law enforcement background to support security operations, advise on procedures, and assist in maintaining public safety. Daily tasks may include reviewing and advising on case documentation, supporting criminal investigations, guiding evidence handling practices, and mentoring less experienced personnel on policing standards. The position may also involve coordinating with local authorities, contributing to risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.<br>Qualifications<br> <br>Strong background in law enforcement and policing practices, including experience as a police officer and familiarity with police procedures. Demonstrated expertise in criminal investigations, including case review, incident analysis, and investigative methodologies. Proficiency in evidence handling and documentation, ensuring integrity, chain of custody, and adherence to legal standards. Thorough understanding of applicable laws, regulations, and public safety protocols. Proven record of ethical conduct, reliability, and disciplined work habits over a long service period. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with colleagues, officials, and community members. Ability to work on-site in Qesm 1st Tanta, respond to operational needs, and adapt to changing security requirements. Daily tasks: Responsible for receiving customers, responding to all their inquiries related to prices, product benefits, instalment systems, while providing a professional sales experience that helps achieve sales and build a good relationship with the customer. Resolve customer problems and understand their causes, while working on providing appropriate solutions quickly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and improve the purchasing experience. Execute the entire sales process on the system, starting from order registration to payment completion, with collection of sales value from customers either in cash, or via payment cards, or through various instalment applications and systems. Replace products with manufacturing defects according to the company policies, ensuring maintenance of service level and customer satisfaction.
