<p>About The Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support the day-to-day coordination of our export logistics operations from our Cairo HQ. This role is part of the company-wide Logistics function, ensuring effective coordination between the HQ and factory-based logistics operations to maintain smooth and timely shipment execution. The successful candidate will coordinate and monitor logistics activities from the HQ, ensuring that shipment requirements, documentation, timelines, and operational updates are properly communicated and followed through. The role will work closely with the logistics team operating from the factory, maintaining clear coordination between HQ and factory operations and supporting the smooth flow of each shipment from planning through loading and dispatch. This is a Cairo-based position requiring daily on-site presence. This role is primarily factory-based and plays a key part in ensuring the smooth and timely flow of export shipments from the factory, from shipment preparation and loading through transportation and final dispatch.</p><p>The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily logistics activities within the factory, including shipment planning, loading arrangements, warehouse coordination, transport scheduling, export documentation, and follow-up with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation providers.
