Job duties:
- Validate Mystery Shopping reports following the Client's requirements, guidelines, and scenarios
- Make sure Mystery Shopping reports are written up to GWR standards and in good English, with the right content.
- Contact Mystery Shoppers in a timely manner to successfully complete the report.
- Meet deadlines and monthly targets.
Job Specification:
- Work online from home (must have a laptop)
- Shifts: flexible hours, 6 hours/day
