Location: New Cairo, Egypt

Fixed shift from 7:00 PM TO 4:00 AM

Gender: Males Only

Job Description:

We are looking for a strong Team Leader to lead and motivate our Call Center team.

- Lead, coach, and manage a team of call center agents

- Monitor KPIs, QA, and daily performance

- Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction

- Prepare reports and work closely with Operations Manager

Requirements:

- 1-2+ years experience as Team Leader in a Call Center

- Excellent English communication skills

- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
