Receptionist

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and warmth.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it remains tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, packages, and emails.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges in accordance with company security protocols.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Provide accurate information regarding company services, office directions, and general inquiries.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Coordinate with office management and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.

1-2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced office environment.Professional appearance and attitude, with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Punctuality and reliability in attendance and performance.Willingness to work full-time, onsite, and adapt to flexible office hours as needed.
