 - Manage the reception area to ensure it remains tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
 - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, packages, and emails.
 - Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges in accordance with company security protocols.
 - Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
 - Provide accurate information regarding company services, office directions, and general inquiries.
 - Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
 - Coordinate with office management and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
 - Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
