The HR Coordinator will support the HR lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and compliance with labor laws and social insurance. The role focuses on maintaining smooth HR operations in a dynamic environment, managing employee relations, and ensuring adherence to company policies and governmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding processes, including contract signing
- Handle offboarding tasks, ensuring proper clearance and documentation
- Oversee social and medical insurance registration and updates for all employees.
- Assist with internal investigations and manage employee complaints.
- Maintain employee records and archives in compliance with data privacy laws.
- Support labor and social office dealings and maintain compliance with Egyptian labor laws.
- Coordinate with various departments for effective HR processes, such as attrition tracking, exit interviews, and maintaining employee benefits.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Not Mandatory but should be graduated).2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a BPO or similar industry.Knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations.Strong organizational and communication skills
