Hiring for HR Coordinator

The HR Coordinator will support the HR lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and compliance with labor laws and social insurance. The role focuses on maintaining smooth HR operations in a dynamic environment, managing employee relations, and ensuring adherence to company policies and governmental regulations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage onboarding processes, including contract signing
  • Handle offboarding tasks, ensuring proper clearance and documentation
  • Oversee social and medical insurance registration and updates for all employees.
  • Assist with internal investigations and manage employee complaints.
  • Maintain employee records and archives in compliance with data privacy laws.
  • Support labor and social office dealings and maintain compliance with Egyptian labor laws.
  • Coordinate with various departments for effective HR processes, such as attrition tracking, exit interviews, and maintaining employee benefits.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Not Mandatory but should be graduated).2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a BPO or similar industry.Knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations.Strong organizational and communication skills
