Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Managing Director
Location: Cairo Office
Reports To: Managing Director & Head of Al Mayadi Enterprises

Job Summary:
Provide administrative and operational support to the Managing Director, ensuring smooth office operations and efficient coordination of activities in the Egypt office. The role requires strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and experience in the construction industry and related materials supply and works.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
​•​Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence.
​•​Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
​•​Oversee email and phone communications with clients, suppliers, and partners.
2. Office & Project Coordination:
​•​Coordinate daily operations in the Egypt office, ensuring alignment with head office.
​•​Assist in project tracking, manage timelines, and liaise with contractors and suppliers.
​•​Act as the point of contact for clients and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication.
3. Task & Travel Management:
​•​Monitor tasks and deadlines for the Managing Director’s assignments.
​•​Organize domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and transport.
4. Confidentiality & Document Management:
​•​Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure compliance with company policies.
​•​Maintain organized records of contracts, project files, and legal documents.
5. Support for Local Operations:
​•​Oversee administrative needs, including office supplies and equipment.
​•​Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations within the Egypt office.

Requirements:

​•​5-10 years experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role.
​•​Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
​•​Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
​•​Knowledge of the construction industry and related materials is essential.
​•​Fluency in English.
​•​Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
​•​Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
