Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Managing Director
Location: Cairo Office
Reports To: Managing Director & Head of Al Mayadi Enterprises
Job Summary:
Provide administrative and operational support to the Managing Director, ensuring smooth office operations and efficient coordination of activities in the Egypt office. The role requires strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and experience in the construction industry and related materials supply and works.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
•Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence.
•Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
•Oversee email and phone communications with clients, suppliers, and partners.
2. Office & Project Coordination:
•Coordinate daily operations in the Egypt office, ensuring alignment with head office.
•Assist in project tracking, manage timelines, and liaise with contractors and suppliers.
•Act as the point of contact for clients and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication.
3. Task & Travel Management:
•Monitor tasks and deadlines for the Managing Director’s assignments.
•Organize domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and transport.
4. Confidentiality & Document Management:
•Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure compliance with company policies.
•Maintain organized records of contracts, project files, and legal documents.
5. Support for Local Operations:
•Oversee administrative needs, including office supplies and equipment.
•Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations within the Egypt office.
Requirements:
•5-10 years experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role.
•Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
•Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•Knowledge of the construction industry and related materials is essential.
•Fluency in English.
•Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
•Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
