Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and ensure confidentiality of employee records.
- Address HR-related employee inquiries and assist with hiring and termination processes.
- Track employee absences and issue legal warnings as needed.
- Collaborate with the payroll team for accurate salary transactions and conduct payroll audits.
