Personnel Specialist ( Internship )

We are seeking a motivated HR Intern with foundational knowledge in Human Resources to support our team.
This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions including employee records management, employee relations, and payroll and compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and ensure confidentiality of employee records.
  • Address HR-related employee inquiries and assist with hiring and termination processes.
  • Track employee absences and issue legal warnings as needed.
  • Collaborate with the payroll team for accurate salary transactions and conduct payroll audits.

 Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.HR Personnel backgroundStrong organizational and communication skills.Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
