What You’ll Do
Support our customers through phone, chat, and email in both English and Arabic
Answer questions, solve problems, and make sure customers have a good experience
Follow clear guidelines and use tools to help customers quickly and correctly
What We Offer
Base salary: 15,000 EGP gross (around 12,250 EGP net)
Language allowance: up to 7,000 EGP gross (around 4,250 EGP net) based on English & Arabic level
Performance bonus: up to 70% of your base salary
Top performers can earn up to 33,000 EGP gross (around 27,000 EGP net)
Paid training: 3 weeks in the office
Nesting period:3 weeks handling real customers cases while receiving close support
Work location: The Greek Campus, Downtown Cairo (work from home available for consistent performers past probation)

What We’re Looking For
You speak and write clearly in both Arabic and English (B2 level or above in English)
You’re comfortable with rotational shifts and can work from the office
You’re helpful, calm under pressure, quick to learn, and take your work seriously.
What We’re Not Looking For
We don’t want to oversell. This is real customer service work, it can be stressful, especially during busy hours. You need to be ready to handle difficult conversations, follow processes carefully, and keep a good attitude even on tough days.
