1. Technical Development & Customization

  • Design, develop, and maintain Oracle HCM extensions (Reports, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, Integrations, etc.).
  • Develop and optimize PL/SQL procedures, functions, and packages to support business logic.
  • Build and manage REST/SOAP Web Services and HCM Data Loader (HDL) integrations.
  • Develop Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS) or APEX applications to extend Fusion HCM functionality.
  • Support workflow customization and approval hierarchies within HCM modules.

2. Reporting & Analytics

  • Create and manage BI Publisher Reports, OTBI, and HCM Extracts for management reporting.
  • Support HR analytics needs by developing custom dashboards and KPIs.

3. Integration & Interface Management

  • Design and support integrations between Oracle HCM and external systems (e.g., Payroll, Attendance, or third-party portals).
  • Work closely with middleware technologies (such as OIC, DataPower, or SOA) to ensure data integrity.

4. Functional & Business Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Functional HCM Consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical support during UAT, go-live, and post-implementation phases.
  • Troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and implement permanent fixes.

5. Documentation & Standards

  • Prepare technical design documents (TDD), code documentation, and migration scripts.

Ensure all developments follow Oracle’s best practices and organizational standards.
