Experience- 5 to 7 Years
1. Technical Development & Customization
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle HCM extensions (Reports, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, Integrations, etc.).
- Develop and optimize PL/SQL procedures, functions, and packages to support business logic.
- Build and manage REST/SOAP Web Services and HCM Data Loader (HDL) integrations.
- Develop Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS) or APEX applications to extend Fusion HCM functionality.
- Support workflow customization and approval hierarchies within HCM modules.

2. Reporting & Analytics
- Create and manage BI Publisher Reports, OTBI, and HCM Extracts for management reporting.
- Support HR analytics needs by developing custom dashboards and KPIs.
3. Integration & Interface Management
- Design and support integrations between Oracle HCM and external systems (e.g., Payroll, Attendance, or third-party portals).
- Work closely with middleware technologies (such as OIC, DataPower, or SOA) to ensure data integrity.
4. Functional & Business Collaboration
- Collaborate with Functional HCM Consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical support during UAT, go-live, and post-implementation phases.
- Troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and implement permanent fixes.
5. Documentation & Standards
- Prepare technical design documents (TDD), code documentation, and migration scripts.
Ensure all developments follow Oracle’s best practices and organizational standards.
