  • Troubleshooting:

Diagnosing and resolving technical and functional issues within the ERP system, providing timely solutions to end-users. 

  • User Support:

Assisting users with their daily tasks, answering questions, and offering guidance on how to effectively utilize the ERP system. 

  • Documentation:

Maintaining documentation of support processes, system configurations, known issues, and resolutions. 


ERP System Knowledge:               Experience with the specific ERP system the company uses (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.). Technical Skills:             Familiarity with databases (e.g., SQL Server), server maintenance, and basic networking concepts. Analytical Skills:           Ability to analyze user requirements, troubleshoot issues, and identify root causes. Communication Skills:            Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with users and other team members. Problem-Solving Skills:            Ability to approach complex issues with a systematic and logical approach. Organizational Skills:            Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
