ERP System Knowledge: Experience with the specific ERP system the company uses (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.). Technical Skills: Familiarity with databases (e.g., SQL Server), server maintenance, and basic networking concepts. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze user requirements, troubleshoot issues, and identify root causes. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with users and other team members.
