Technical Support and Maintenance Team Leader

  1. Manage the technical support, and maintenance process for the service center for the hardware (Handheld, mobile printers, Desktop printers....etc.)
  2. Handling the warranty process for existing customers.
  3. Communications with foreign suppliers to purchase the required spare parts for the existing service contracts and secure the needed stock level.
  4. Achieving the Service center target through signing new service contacts with new customers.
  5. Oversee maintenance activities for equipment and ensure prompt handling of service requests.
  6. Supervise and motivate the technical support team to achieve performance goals.
  7. Provide training to enhance team members' skills and knowledge of products.
  8. Create reports on team performance for management.
  9. Ensure proper staffing during all operating hours.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics is a must.Experience: 3-5 years in technical support or service centers, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role in similar industries.Technical Knowledge: Understanding of AIDC and RFID technologies and troubleshooting.Customer Service Focus: Commitment to delivering excellent service.Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in English.Proficiency in MS Office: Knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting.
