- Manage the technical support, and maintenance process for the service center for the hardware (Handheld, mobile printers, Desktop printers....etc.)
- Handling the warranty process for existing customers.
- Communications with foreign suppliers to purchase the required spare parts for the existing service contracts and secure the needed stock level.
- Achieving the Service center target through signing new service contacts with new customers.
- Oversee maintenance activities for equipment and ensure prompt handling of service requests.
- Supervise and motivate the technical support team to achieve performance goals.
- Provide training to enhance team members' skills and knowledge of products.
- Create reports on team performance for management.
- Ensure proper staffing during all operating hours.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics is a must.Experience: 3-5 years in technical support or service centers, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role in similar industries.Technical Knowledge: Understanding of AIDC and RFID technologies and troubleshooting.Customer Service Focus: Commitment to delivering excellent service.Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in English.Proficiency in MS Office: Knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting.
