1-Personnel Function.
- Responsible for updating employee’s database with new hires data or resigned employees.
- Keeps a record of all hiring documents both hard and soft copies.
- Responsible for the paperwork related to onboarding new hires such as contracts, form 1, custody receipt form, different acknowledgement forms and declarations.
- Responsible for the paperwork related to offboarding resigned employees such as resignation from, form 6, clearance form, different acknowledgement forms and declarations.
- Responsible for new hires enrollment in social insurance, guides the admin coordinator to enroll new hires and dismiss resigned employees from the social insurance.
- Deals with the social insurance authority and performs visits to enroll new hires in the insurance and follows up on the debt payments
2-Onboarding and Offboarding
- On the hiring day, meets the candidates and make sure that all the needed hiring documents are prepared.
- Responsible for making sure that the new hires signs all the needed documents related to the personnel part such as Status and Medical Declaration, Contract, form 1, etc.
- Responsible for processing the offboarding of resigned employees, make sure that all assets have been delivered to each department, clearance form has been signed by all involved personnel.
- Makes sure that the resigned employee received his documents and financials.
3-Attendance.
- Handles the Bio Time system in terms of additions, deletions, shifts, handling attendance.
- Adds new hires on the fingerprint machine.
- Follows up on attendance and handles monthly attendance transactions.
- Handles payroll based on direct manager’s instructions.
- Submits various reports related to employee’s attendance, attendance deductions, etc.
4-Employee Relations.
- Supports employees with requests such as HR Letters, Payment Slips, Vacations requests, etc.
- Support employees in case of having any problems with their team mates
3+ years of experience handling payroll and personnel with the experience of dealing with social insurance authority , labor office , and different governmental entities.ERP System Experience with excellent Microsoft excel skills.excellent time management skills, attention to details and numerical abilities.Lives nearby Nasr city and ready to join.Males are preferred.
